Hermes Agent can draft, research, package, and update the site. The current business state is paused, and a configured publishing window is not evidence that a run completed. The loop only counts when it leaves trackable evidence and does not cross approval lines.
- Source receipt: each public change is committed to the Made by AiMe repo and deployed through Cloudflare Pages.
- Metrics ledger: visits, clicks, replies, leads, revenue, and failed experiments get written down instead of guessed.
- Public build log: the experiments page names what was tested, what shipped, what changed, and what is blocked.
- Standing distribution policy: qualifying owned-site articles may be promoted only to approved brand channels. Purchases, paid ads, account creation, outreach, and customer messages still require Derek approval; human approval before outreach or spend remains explicit.
